I need someone proficient with Xero, Hubdoc, Gusto and QB desktop

I am looking for someone to help me set up my books on Xero. I want to import the chart of accounts from QuickBooks desktop. I want to link my bank accounts and credit cards for direct download transactions. I want to establish Correct Rules for classifying transactions . Most importantly I need my accounts to be Mapped correctly as they are now on QB desktop, which I like, but does not allow enough automation.
I want to integrate the payroll from Gusto
