Video Editor for AI Videos (Premiere Pro)

We're hiring a detail-oriented video editor to help run and grow a portfolio of AI-focused YouTube channels. This is a long-term role, not a one-off gig. You'll start with a few channels, ramp up over time, and eventually move into a full-time position if the fit is right.

The work is straightforward. We've built an in-house production tool that handles script writing, voiceover generation, and AI image/video creation. Your job is to take those assets, assemble them in Premiere Pro, and polish each video with effects, transitions, and B-roll. We also provide channel-specific SOPs, Premiere Pro presets, and templates — so you're never guessing.


What the workflow looks like

1. Pick up topic details from our project management tool.
2. Generate the script, voiceover, and visuals using our production tool.
3. Import everything into Premiere Pro and align assets to the timeline (our software assists with placement).
4. Add B-roll, effects, and finishing touches based on the channel's style.

For reference, this process takes me about 20–30 minutes per video once you're up to speed.


Pay & bonuses

Base rate: $5 per standard video (longer or more complex videos obviously pay more).

Performance bonuses:
- Channel reaches monetisation: $50
- Monthly upload schedule met: $50/month
- 100k views on a single video: $20 (post-monetisation)

Payments are made bi-weekly. As you take on more channels and responsibilities, your earnings scale with you.


Growth

This posting is for entry-level editing work, but the opportunity goes well beyond that. If you're sharp and want to take on more- thumbnail design, content strategy, channel management- there's a lot of potential to earn $$$$. We reward people who move fast and think ahead.


What you need
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro (adding effects, images, B-roll, basic editing)
- A solid PC and reliable internet connection
- Consistency and attention to detail

Nice to have:
- Photoshop skills (thumbnail work available for extra pay)
