Remote Video Editor – YouTube, TikTok, Short Form & Inspirational Content (Full-Time)

Job Overview
PrimeX Enterprises is looking for a talented, self-motivated video editor to join our growing team on a full-time remote basis. Your role will be to transform raw footage into high-performing content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and internal educational platforms.
We create long-form educational content, inspirational videos, motivational short clips, and training material. You should understand pacing, storytelling, hooks, captions, and visual engagement that keeps viewers watching and coming back.
This is a long-term position for the right person. We invest in our team and expect the same in return.

Responsibilities
Edit long-form YouTube videos (8–20 minutes)
Create short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Edit and produce inspirational and motivational video content
Cut and repurpose educational and training footage into polished final videos
Add captions, graphics, zoom cuts, and visual elements that improve retention
Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short clips
Organize footage and maintain clean editing workflows
Deliver projects on time with minimal revisions
Requirements
Strong experience editing YouTube and social media video content
Proficiency in one or more of the following: Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve
Deep understanding of pacing, hooks, and viewer retention
Ability to add captions, animations, and motion graphics
Strong written English and clear communication
Reliable high-speed internet connection and secure workspace
Ability to work independently in an asynchronous remote environment
Consistent, on-time delivery
Bonus Skills
Motion graphics or simple animation
Thumbnail design
Experience editing inspirational or faith-based content
Understanding of viral short-form content structure
Experience with color grading and audio cleanup
