AI Automation Specialist - E-commerce (n8n, Make, Zapier)

We're a fast-growing e-commerce company looking to supercharge our operations with AI automations. We need an AI automation specialist who can build powerful customer service automations and streamline our team's processes using the latest AI tools while also having the knowledge to custom code yourself.

What you'll do:
• Build and implement customer service automations
• Create workflow automations using n8n to optimize our team's daily processes
• Develop custom automations with Make, Zapier, Manus, Claude Code and more.
• Write custom code solutions when pre-built tools aren't enough
• Stay current with the newest AI tools and recommend implementations for our business
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows for maximum efficiency

What we're looking for:
• At least 6 months of hands-on AI automation experience
• Expert-level knowledge of n8n, Make, Zapier, Manus, and Claude Code
• Strong custom coding abilities (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Proven experience creating automations for e-commerce companies
• Deep understanding of customer service automation workflows
• Someone who actively follows and experiments with the latest AI tools
