AI Automation – Architecting a Proposal Generation Workflow

Project Overview:
I am seeking an experienced AI Automation Engineer to review and eventually deploy an end-to-end AI-powered workflow for an architectural firm. The goal is to automate the "Bid & Proposal" phase—from opportunity identification and RFP analysis to conceptual design, fee calculation, and final submission.

The Workflow:
The attached PDF outlines a high-level hypothetical workflow. It involves:
- Data Ingestion: Scanning tender portals and industry news.
- NLP & Extraction: Analyzing RFPs to extract deliverables and criteria.
- Knowledge Management: Compiling internal project history and team profiles.
- Estimation & Pricing: Using historical data to suggest project timelines and fee ranges.
- Content Generation: Drafting executive summaries and technical methodologies in a consistent brand voice.
CRM Integration: Automatic record-keeping and follow-up scheduling.

Your Role:
1. Feasibility Audit: Review the attached workflow and tell me: Is this fully doable with current AI agents and automation tools (e.g., Make.com, LangChain, OpenAI API, Custom GPTs)?
2. Clarification: If you see gaps or need more technical detail to provide an accurate plan, please list your questions so I can consult with the client.
3. Deployment Quote: Provide a rough estimate for a phased deployment.
4. Timeframe: Provide an estimated timeline from development to testing.

Requirements:
- Proven experience with LLM orchestration (LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar).
- Experience with workflow automation (Make.com, Zapier, or Python-based automation).
- Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) for using internal firm data.
- Ability to integrate AI outputs with CRMs and online submission portals.
