The Role:
We have a high-performing cold caller generating leads. We need a "Closer" to take over. You will be responsible for evaluating property values (comps), negotiating with sellers to sign contracts, and managing the transaction through to closing. You will also find buyers and continuously grow buyer list. This positions starts with 25 hours weekly and will increase to 40 upon closing first deal.
Key Requirements:
Property Valuation: Ability to determine After Repair Value (ARV) using any tools you prefer (Zillow, Redfin, etc.).
Fluent English: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to negotiate with U.S.-based sellers.
Availability: Must be able to work during U.S. business hours (EST).
Reliability: We need a partner, not a "flake." You must be highly organized and responsive.

Experience using wholesale real estate tools like REI Reply
Experience working and finding with wholesale real estate buyers
