We are currently looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant with experience in Social Media Management and Customer Support.
The role will involve managing basic social media tasks and responding to customers and clients through WhatsApp. This is a part-time position and a great opportunity for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable communicating with customers.
Responsibilities:
Create and schedule basic social media posts
Monitor and respond to customer and client messages via WhatsApp
Provide friendly and professional customer support
Assist with simple social media engagement when needed
Requirements:
Experience with social media management
Customer support or customer service experience
Good written English communication skills
Organized, reliable, and responsive
Ability to work independently
