Full Stack Developer (React / Node) for Real Estate Investment Platform

We are a real estate investment company building an internal platform that analyzes properties, calculates ARV, MAO, rehab costs, and wholesale assignment spreads.

We already have a working system built with a web interface and Google Sheets. We are looking for a long term developer to help expand, improve, and integrate this platform.

This role will work directly with our acquisitions team to build tools that help us analyze deals faster and scale our operations.

This is a long term position with consistent work.
Responsibilities

Build and improve our internal real estate deal analysis system.

Tasks include:

• Improving our deal calculator (ARV, rehab, MAO, wholesale spreads)
• Integrating APIs for property data and comps
• Connecting Google Sheets to web applications
• Building new features for deal intake and analysis
• Creating dashboards and internal tools for acquisitions
• Automating workflows for property analysis
• Maintaining and improving existing code

You will work closely with the owners to continuously improve the system.

• Property deal calculator
• ARV and comp analysis
• Rehab estimator
• MAO calculations
• Wholesale assignment price engine
• Holding cost calculations
• Web based deal interface
• Google Sheets integration

We want to expand this into a full internal acquisitions platform.

Required Skills

• JavaScript
• React or Next.js
• Node.js
• API integrations
• Database management (PostgreSQL or similar)
• Experience building web applications

Nice to have:

• Google Sheets API
• Real estate or data analysis experience
• Automation tools
• CRM or internal tool development
