LinkedIn Lead Generation & Outreach Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a reliable virtual assistant based in the Philippines to help with research and outreach to mortgage professionals in the United States.

Tasks include:

• Finding loan officers on LinkedIn
• Building contact lists
• Sending connection requests and messages
• Tracking responses in a spreadsheet
• Scheduling calls when prospects are interested

Requirements:

• Strong English writing skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Comfortable using LinkedIn
• Reliable internet connection
• Previous VA or call center experience preferred

This role will start part-time (15–20 hours per week) with potential to increase.

Pay starts at $4/hour with potential bonuses based on performance.
