Excellence New Energy Resources Corp. is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Supervisor to lead and oversee the company’s human resources operations. This role is responsible for managing HR processes, supporting employee development, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and helping build a strong organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
Lead and manage talent acquisition and onboarding processes
Implement and monitor performance management systems
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and HR policies
Handle employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Utilize HRIS and digital HR tools for efficient HR management
Support management in organizational development and workforce planning

Qualifications

3 to 6+ years of experience in HR management or HR leadership roles
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and performance management
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Experience using HRIS or digital HR systems
Strong organizational and decision-making skills
