Real Estate Deal Closer (Off-Market Acquisitions)

Eagle Key Solutions is a U.S.-based real estate acquisitions company specializing in off-market investment opportunities.

Our marketing team generates 100+ motivated seller leads each month, so this role is focused strictly on closing deals. You will not be responsible for cold calling or lead generation.

Our team consistently secures contracts across multiple markets, and we operate with clear systems, structured processes, and a performance-driven culture.

This position is for experienced acquisitions professionals only. We are not hiring beginners or trainees.

If you are confident negotiating directly with sellers and securing signed contracts, this role offers strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Speak directly with motivated property sellers
• Build rapport and guide sellers toward a decision
• Analyze opportunities using ARV and comparable sales
• Present and negotiate cash offers
• Secure signed purchase agreements
• Manage deal progress inside our CRM

Performance Expectations

Within the first 60 days:

• Speak with 30–40 sellers per week
• Present 15–20 offers per week
• Secure 2–4 signed contracts per month

Required Experience

Applicants must have real experience closing off-market real estate deals.

You should understand:

• ARV analysis
• Offer calculations
• Seller negotiation
• Wholesale or novation deal structures

Minimum requirement:
Applicants must have personally closed at least 15 off-market real estate deals.

Compensation

Base: $1,000 per month + 10% commission

Top performers regularly earn $3,000 – $8,000+ per deal.

This role is best suited for confident closers who are comfortable negotiating directly with sellers and getting contracts signed.

Schedule

This is a full-time role aligned with U.S. business hours.

Example schedule:

Monday – Friday
1 PM – 9 PM Eastern Time

Weekend availability is occasionally required for seller communication.

Hiring Process

Qualified candidates will complete:

• Interview with our acquisitions team
• Sales roleplay scenario

Example roleplay:
A seller wants $500K for a property worth $350K. You will demonstrate how you would negotiate the conversation.
