Her Legacy Code is an education and business development platform created specifically for salon, skin, beauty and wellness professionals.

Founded by award-winning clinic owners with over 20 years of industry experience, Her Legacy Code is designed to help salon owners build profitable businesses through proven systems, leadership training and membership models.

We are looking for a highly organised and creative Virtual Assistant specialising in Social Media, Go High Level, Email Marketing and Course Development to support the growth of our platform and audience.

This role is ideal for someone who understands content creation, audience building, funnels and digital course platforms, and enjoys working in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content Creation:

Design engaging social media graphics using Canva

Create posts, reels and educational content

Assist with ongoing content creation and scheduling

Help build engagement and grow the Her Legacy Code audience

Support content ideas that position Her Legacy Code as an authority in the industry


Audience Growth & Email Marketing:

Assist with building and growing our email database

Create and schedule EDMs and email campaigns

Build lead magnets and opt-in pages

Support email marketing funnels and nurture sequences

Assist with campaign launches and promotions


Funnels & Course Development:

Build and manage funnels using Go High Level

Assist with building and uploading online courses

Create landing pages for launches, webinars and lead magnets

Organise course modules and student areas


Website & Digital Assets:

Assist with building and maintaining the Her Legacy Code website

Design digital resources such as workbooks, e-books, guides and banners

Format course materials and documents


Technical Support:

Provide support to course participants

Troubleshoot basic platform issues

Assist with launching new programs and digital products


Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly skilled in Canva and social media design

Experienced with Go High Level (funnels, automations and landing pages)

Experienced with email marketing and EDM creation

Familiar with online course platforms

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

A strong communicator with excellent written English

Able to follow instructions and work independently

Available to work within AEST time zones when required

Ideal Candidate

The ideal person will:

Have experience working with coaches, educators or online course creators

Understand how to create content that captures attention and builds community

Be proactive with ideas for improving funnels, engagement and marketing performance

Have an interest in the beauty, salon or wellness industry
