JOB OVERVIEW

Overview

This position requires a recruiter who is comfortable conducting proactive outreach and cold contact with candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

We are a boutique U.S.-based recruiting firm seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background particularly in professional and management roles (non-IT recruiting).

This role primarily supports our Construction Worldwide division, which focuses on recruiting construction management professionals and executive-level candidates. From time to time, recruiting may also include general corporate roles (G&A) such as accounting, HR, Sales or administrative professionals.

Remote full-time role with long-term potential for the right person, based on performance.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who is resourceful, proactive, and comfortable actively reaching out to candidates through multiple channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Candidate Sourcing
Identify and engage qualified candidates for roles including:
• Construction Management
(Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents,
Estimators, Architects — no labor roles)
• Executive & Management positions
• Accounting & Finance
• Office & Administrative roles
• Human Resources
• Sales & Marketing

Candidate Research

• Identify and verify candidate contact information, including personal and work details
• Use online research and sourcing tools to locate potential candidates
• Maintain organized candidate records in our ATS/CRM system
• Document candidate interactions and recruiting activity

Candidate Outreach

• Conduct proactive outreach via: Phone, LinkedIn, Email
• Screen candidates to evaluate qualifications and interest
• Maintain clear notes and status updates within the ATS
Important:
This role requires a recruiter who is comfortable proactively contacting candidates both at their personal and professional contact points when appropriate.

Candidate Screening & Process Management

• Conduct initial candidate screening conversations
• Evaluate experience and overall fit for client roles
• Coordinate next steps in the recruiting process
• Assist with reference checks and candidate follow-up when needed

Future Scope

• Research potential companies and hiring managers
• Identify job opportunities for strong candidates
• Support recruiting efforts across additional divisions as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of recruiting experience (agency recruiting preferred)
• Experience recruiting professional or management-level roles
• Experience using ATS/CRM systems (PCRecruiter preferred)

Skills

• Strong sourcing and candidate research abilities
• Advanced Boolean search skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates
• Excellent organizational and documentation habits
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and consistently
• Self-motivated and able to work independently after training

• LinkedIn and online sourcing platforms
• Google Docs
• MS Word / Excel
• MS Teams / Zoom or similar tools
• ATS / CRM systems
• Experience using contact finder tools

Preferred but not required:
• LinkedIn Recruiter access

Additional Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Typing speed 50+ WPM preferred
• Strong internet research skills
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Personal computer suitable for remote work

SCHEDULE

• Remote position
• Work hours aligned with U.S. Pacific Time (PST/PDT)
• Full-time
• 8+ hours per day
• Availability between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT

COMPENSATION

• Hourly pay: $3.50 – $7.00 per hour
(approximately $600 – $1,200 per month, depending on hours and experience)

• Applicants should indicate their desired hourly rate
• Bonus opportunities may be available based on base compensation and performance
