Real Estate Video Editor

I’m currently looking for a talented video editor to help create highly engaging real estate content for social media and YouTube.

As a REALTOR® and Property Manager based in Las Vegas, I produce a lot of video content to educate buyers and sellers, showcase homes, and share valuable information about the Las Vegas real estate market. I’m looking for someone who can take raw footage and turn it into high-quality, engaging videos that capture attention and keep viewers watching.

I’m also looking for someone who can help me develop an educational video series focused on real estate topics that provide value to buyers, sellers, and people relocating to Las Vegas.

What I’m Looking For
• Experience editing short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Experience editing long-form YouTube videos
• Ability to create highly engaging content with strong hooks, captions, and pacing
• Experience editing real estate content is a plus
• Ability to help develop educational video series
• Knowledge of AI video tools such as HeyGen is a plus
• Familiarity with AI tools for captions, editing, or content repurposing
• Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
