Wordpress developer - E learning platform

I am searching a wordpress expert to develop an elearning platform for a sport program with:

> A landing page with 2 forms: registration & login & 4 contents areas to explain 4 offers & a call to action buton to buy it who leads to a stripe page

> An area where the client can find his video depending on:
- the program he chose
- At first, 2 videos are available / 2 weeks later 2 other videos are available ONLY IF the client have noticed that he has finished the 2 first ones
> A log out option
> The solution must be pluged with MailChimp or Aweber (or other) and the following emails must be sended:
- One when the inscription is done with the login & password for the client
- One when a video is available for a client (depending on the rules we just explained)
- It must be possible to unsubscribe to the mailing option

The graphical specifications are already defined
