We are a growing real estate investing company looking for an experienced cold calling Virtual Assistant to help us speak with motivated property owners, uncover seller motivation, and set appointments or warm callbacks for our acquisitions team.
This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.
We are not looking for someone who just reads a script robotically. We want someone who can speak naturally, build trust, handle objections calmly, and take detailed notes after every conversation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Cold calling property owners from our lead lists
Following our script while sounding natural and human
Building rapport and asking the right questions
Identifying motivation, timeline, condition, and asking price
Handling basic objections professionally
Tagging leads correctly such as No Answer, Callback, Follow Up, Warm Lead, Hot Lead, and Appointment Set
Taking clean, organized notes after each call
Sending warm leads to our team quickly for follow-up
Updating our spreadsheet or CRM accurately
Possibly texting or following up with leads when needed
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has real cold calling experience
Preferably has worked in real estate wholesaling, acquisitions, or appointment setting
Speaks clear and professional English
Has a confident, friendly, and persuasive phone presence
Understands how to talk to distressed or hesitant sellers with empathy
Can follow a script without sounding scripted
Is organized and takes high-quality notes
Is reliable, coachable, and consistent
Is comfortable with call reviews and feedback
Can work during U.S. calling hours when needed
