Salary: 1,500 USD / month realistic ($500 base + 1,000 performance + bonuses)
Work Hours: Night shift PH time, 5 days/week (including weekends)

About the Role
BeautyGrow helps US med spas fill their calendars with lip filler, facial balancing, and Botox appointments.

We run the ads. Leads come to us.
Your job: turn those warm leads into booked appointments by calling and texting fast, every day, following our proven system. We obsess over speed, because calling leads in under 60 seconds massively increases shows and sales.



This is full-time, long-term, and performance-driven.

CLOSING (when you are talking to a lead):

Follow our C.L.O.S.E.R. script word for word, but naturally.
Ask about their goals, clarify their problems, explain the treatment simply, and book them into a time that works.
Handle basic concerns on price/fear/timing, and then lock in their appointment so they actually show.

Your notes are clear, your tone is professional, and clients compliment your responsiveness.

Compensation
Monthly performance bonuses may be up to +$500 USD (on top of $1500 salary)
Uncapped +5 bonus USD for every low?ticket booking
Realistic total for solid performers: around 1,500 USD+ per month
We reward consistent execution, not politics.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Comfortable working US EST night shifts (including weekends).
Strong spoken English with a clear, neutral accent that works for US patients.

Stable home setup:
At least 100 Mbps up and down internet.
No frequent power outages, or you have a reliable backup solution.
Good headset and quiet work environment.

You are hungry to get very good at sales/appointment setting, not just “have a job.”
