Part-Time Sales & Outreach Virtual Assistant (Asset Finance Brokerage)

We are an Australian asset finance brokerage looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to help us grow by reaching out to people selling assets privately.

This role is perfect for someone who is confident communicating online, organised, and motivated by hitting targets.

About the Role

You will be contacting private sellers of:

• Cars
• Trucks
• Machinery
• Boats / watercraft
• Motorbikes
• Other equipment

These sellers are usually advertising on online marketplaces.

Your job will be to offer them a simple partnership opportunity.

If they allow us to mention finance options in their ad, and the buyer ends up using our finance service, we will provide the seller with a $500 cash voucher as a thank-you.

This helps sellers sell faster and buyers access financing easily.

Your Responsibilities

• Find private sellers advertising assets online
• Send outreach messages explaining the partnership
• Follow up with interested sellers
• Keep records of conversations and leads
• Help us build a network of sellers offering finance options

KPI Expectations

We believe in fair and achievable targets. Expected KPIs may include:

• 40–60 outreach messages per day
• Conversations with interested sellers
• Qualified seller partnerships each week

Performance bonuses may be available for strong results.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks and writes excellent English
• Is comfortable with online messaging and outreach
• Is organised and reliable
• Has strong internet connection
• Can work independently

Experience with Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, or online sales platforms is a plus but not required.
