We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to join a small but highly driven team focused on scaling social media content across multiple platforms.

You will mainly help with daily posting of videos on social media, while also supporting simple content tasks such as creating a few **B-roll videos** when needed using clear prompts and an easy system provided by us.

Main tasks:

* Post videos daily across selected social media platforms
* Check video files before posting (captions, sound, format, timing)
* Follow posting instructions carefully and consistently
* Organize files and navigate folders/documents efficiently
* Create simple B-roll videos when requested using provided prompts
* Maintain consistency and strong attention to detail every day

Payment structure:

Hourly payment** for social media posting
Separate payment per B-roll video created

Ideal profile:

* Organized and detail-oriented
* Comfortable working with files, folders, and shared documents
* Basic understanding of social media content
* Able to follow systems and instructions consistently
* Flexible and willing to adapt when priorities change
* Strong drive to grow and improve over time
* Reliable and interested in long-term work

Advantage (but not required):

* Familiarity with Veo3
* Basic understanding of ManyChat
* Experience posting content on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or similar platforms
* Ability to quickly learn new tools and workflows
