Real Estate Photo Editor (Adobe Photoshop | RAW Image Editing)

We are looking for a reliable photo editor experienced in Adobe Photoshop to help edit real estate listing photos.

Our photographer captures the images and provides RAW bracketed photo sets, which need to be blended and edited to produce bright, natural looking real estate images.

This will be an ongoing role for someone who is detail oriented and can deliver consistent, high quality work.

Responsibilities

• Merge bracketed RAW images to achieve balanced lighting
• Correct brightness, color, and white balance
• Straighten vertical lines and correct perspective
• Ensure interiors look bright and natural
• Adjust window exposure so outside views remain visible when possible
• Deliver final high resolution JPEG files ready for marketing

The goal is clean, professional real estate photos that feel bright and inviting but still natural.

Workflow

• Photographer captures images and provides RAW files
• You edit and return finished images
• Typical turnaround needed: 24–48 hours

Work hours are flexible, but reliable turnaround is important once files are delivered.

Requirements

• Strong experience using Adobe Photoshop
• Experience editing real estate photography (preferred)
• Ability to work with RAW bracketed exposures
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable communication
