E-commerce Invoice & Cost Tracking Assistant (Shopify)

We are looking for a detail-oriented assistant to help track supplier invoices and verify product costs for our e-commerce store.

Your main responsibility will be to cross-check supplier invoices with order data to ensure the correct cost of goods is recorded.

Responsibilities

• Track and organize supplier invoices
• Cross-check supplier costs with order data
• Calculate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
• Record data in Google Sheets or accounting system
• Identify discrepancies between supplier charges and orders
• Maintain a clean and organized invoice tracker

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with Google Sheets / Excel
• Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge
• Experience with e-commerce (Shopify preferred)
• Ability to reconcile invoices and orders

Nice to Have

• Experience with bookkeeping
• Experience working with supplier invoices
• Experience with Shopify order exports
