I run a fast-growing media group managing 10+ Long-Form YouTube channels (Finance, Psychology, Space, Strategy, Urbanism, Business).

I am looking for a creative partner to handle the production across multiple niches. You won't just "cut" videos; you will give life to complex scripts using a mix of AI-generated visuals, stock footage, and high-end sound design.

Your Mission:

Versatility: Adapt your editing style to the specific DNA of each channel (from dark financial thrillers to minimalist psychological essays).

AI Integration: Work seamlessly with AI-generated assets (Images/Videos) provided by me.

Immersive Sound Design: Create audio landscapes that match the intellectual depth of the scripts.

Graphic Identity: Design elegant motion graphics and titles.

Requirements:

Fluency in English is mandatory. You must understand complex scripts to ensure visual pacing matches the intellectual depth of the voice-over.

Advanced Skills with editing: Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.

Aesthetic Sensitivity: Experience with "Video Essay" formats, documentary styles, and "Liminal Spaces" aesthetics is a huge plus.

Reliability: This is a long-term position. I need consistent updates and respected deadlines.

Trial: Candidates will be tested on a 60-second sequence. If the test is successful, you will be hired to complete the full video, and the entire project (including the trial) will be paid. This ensures we only pay for work that meets our professional standards.
