Short-Form Video Editor & Social Media Content Assistant (YT / TikTok / IG)

Hello! My name is Khaatia and I run a creative wellness brand called Petals & Water. I create content about mindfulness, art, yoga, lifestyle, and personal growth.

I am looking for a creative virtual assistant who can help me stay consistent with posting content across my social platforms.

My main goal is to grow my YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, and bring more traffic to my website where I sell products, offer experiences, and will soon launch online classes.

Because I work a full-time job and am currently in yoga teacher training, I need someone reliable who can help with editing and distributing content.

This is a part-time long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys working with creative content.

Responsibilities include:

• Editing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Repurposing long videos into multiple short clips
• Adding captions and hook text to videos
• Uploading and scheduling posts on social media
• Creating simple graphics using Canva
• Writing basic captions and descriptions for posts
• Helping organize and manage content

Bonus skills (not required but helpful):

• Experience growing YouTube channels
• Pinterest marketing
• Basic social media strategy
• Experience working with creators or influencers

Tools we may use:

• CapCut
• Canva
• Google Drive
• YouTube Studio
• Instagram and TikTok
