AI Process Automation Expert

We are a multi-state US enterprise operating across commercial cleaning, healthcare training, non-emergency medical transport, and fleet management. We are building an AI-first operating layer across all four businesses and need a sharp, creative automation builder to make it happen.

This is not a maintenance role. You will design, build, and deploy intelligent automation systems that change how our entire organization operates.

What You Will Work On
You will build and manage our internal AI agent system. A multi-agent platform with dedicated agents handling sales intelligence, operations, finance monitoring, client retention, and market research. You will wire these agents together using OpenClaw, the Anthropic Claude API, and ChatGPT, with n8n as the middleware and WhatsApp Business as the field-facing command layer.

Daily work includes:

Building and maintaining AI agents and subagents using OpenClaw and Python
Designing n8n workflows that automate end-to-end business processes
Connecting Airtable databases to live AI decision loops and alert systems
Writing Python scripts for data processing, API integrations, and automation logic
Engineering prompts for Claude and ChatGPT that produce reliable, accurate outputs
Building CRM automations inside GoHighLevel
Creating dashboards and alert systems across all four business entities
Identifying new automation opportunities across sales, operations, HR, and finance

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with OpenClaw or similar AI agent frameworks
Python — functional, clean code without hand-holding
Anthropic API and OpenAI API — prompt design, chaining, agent logic
n8n or comparable workflow automation tools
Airtable — scripting, automations, base design
Ability to take a business problem and turn it into a working system
Strong written English for documentation and internal communication
Self-directed — you ship work and solve problems independently

Bonus Skills

GoHighLevel API experience
RAG pipelines or vector store setup
VPS deployment (DigitalOcean or similar)
