Executive VIrtual Assistant

MOLD DOG KNOWS is a fast-moving, emerging business with 10 teams across the USA. We are looking for a high-level "force multiplier" to act as the Founder’s right hand, managing the chaos so the business can scale.

THE ROLE
• You will be deeply integrated into everything the owner does, ensuring projects move from "idea" to "done."
• Operations & HR: Supporting our 10 national teams, VP of K9, and sales/support staff.
• Project Management: Driving marketing and sales initiatives forward.
• Financial & Admin: Managing a complex calendar, financials, and high-level tasks.
• Keeping Team Communication and requirements on Task

ARE YOU THE ROLE?
• Are you a "Master Prioritizer" who can lead 10 national teams and instinctively know which fires to put out and which require the Founder’s attention?
• Are you an "Operational Architect" who thrives in a boutique environment and can build the systems/automations needed to keep our team perfectly in sync?
• Are you a "Proactive Mind-Reader" who stays two steps ahead, handling the "overwhelming" details before they ever reach the Founder's desk?

THE REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent English: Impeccable written and verbal communication.
• Sharp Communicator: Quick , clear and efficient
• The "GSD" Factor: A "Get Stuff Done" attitude with zero hand-holding required.
• Tech Savvy: Go High Level is a plus, but not required
• Operational Management: Systems thinker
• Proven Track Record: Solid credentials, references, and tech-savviness (automation tools).
• Availability: 30–40 hours per week.
