Video Editor CapCut for Social Reels

I’m looking for a video editor/content creator to help produce daily social media content for Facebook and Instagram, with future work for TikTok.
Work includes:
• Creating Reels from existing video footage
• Adding captions and simple graphics
• Using CapCut
• Fluent English required
Payment is per video/post rather than hourly.
This is part of a mission-driven organization called Emberlight, focused on community, compassion, and meaningful storytelling.
The person hired will also receive coaching from a professional social media growth expert, which can help them grow their own skills.
