JOB OVERVIEW

Proactive, self-starting specialist to drive media outreach, partnership & sponsorship development, speaking-submission research, and day-to-day social content execution. This role blends outreach, research, light content creation, and project coordination to generate visibility for the founder, support a book launch, and create repeatable pipelines for speaking, events, and partnerships.
Key responsibilities

Research and build targeted lead lists for: media placements, podcasts, TED/TEDx, conferences, summits, awards, speaking opportunities, community organizations, and potential sponsors/partners
Draft, customize, and send outreach using provided scripts; manage follow-ups and communication threads
Create and maintain outreach/lead trackers (sponsor sheets, conference/speaking pipelines, media lists) and report weekly on activity and responses
Pitch for sponsorships, venue partnerships, and community-hosted events (workshops, masterclasses) and manage initial negotiations/logistics
Support book launch outreach and marketing initiatives: identify channels, partners, and promotional opportunities
Execute daily social media tasks: schedule posts, publish content, engage with audience, review analytics, and recommend content adjustments
Create basic visual content: Canva graphics, simple video edits (short-form), and basic photo retouching for social assets
Propose proactive ideas and outreach strategies; prioritize opportunities aligned with brand goals and execute with minimal direction
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and ads/marketing team to ensure timely deliverables and consistent messaging
Required skills & qualifications

2+ years experience in outreach, PR, partnerships, or research support (incl. experience with speaking or sponsorship outreach preferred)
Strong written English; confident email/pitch writing and follow-up skills
Proven internet research skills and attention to detail
Basic content-creation skills: Canva, short-form video editing (CapCut, InShot, Premiere, etc.), and basic photo retouching
Comfortable using spreadsheets/CRMs for tracking (Google Sheets, Airtable, HubSpot, etc.)
Data-driven mindset: able to read social analytics and recommend actionable changes
Self-starter: generates ideas, prioritizes opportunities, and drives execution without constant supervision
Professional, organized, responsive, and reliable
Preferred extras

Prior success securing speaking slots, media coverage, sponsors, or partnerships
Familiarity with TED/TEDx submission processes
Experience supporting book launches or author publicity
Experience working with remote creative teams
Work arrangement & expectations

Remote; Philippines-based applicants preferred
