JOB OVERVIEW

Create high-performing video ads for paid campaigns. Work closely with the Creative Strategist to produce both short-form and long-form videos (up to 5 minutes) for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Deliver approximately 10 videos per week.

Responsibilities
Edit performance-focused video ads for Meta platforms
Follow provided scripts while adding strong creative execution
Transform scripts, briefs, and references into engaging video content
Capture attention with compelling hooks within the first 1–3 seconds
Utilize AI tools such as ElevenLabs, Creatify, and other AI applications as needed
Optimize edits continuously based on performance insights
Communicate proactively if instructions or assets are unclear or incomplete

Day-to-Day Tasks
Edit videos using provided raw footage, scripts, or AI-generated assets
Execute edits closely aligned with scripts while enhancing visual appeal
Produce multiple variations (hooks, pacing, captions, and endings)
Add captions, text animations, sound effects, music, and voiceovers
Generate voiceovers using ElevenLabs when necessary
Leverage Creatify and other AI tools to improve production speed
Track video progress and status in a shared Google Sheet
Implement revisions based on feedback from the Creative Team

Qualifications
2–3+ years of video editing experience (experience with paid ads preferred)
Strong knowledge of short-form and long-form ad performance
Hands-on experience editing ads for Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
Ability to follow scripts while maintaining creative execution
Familiarity with AI tools such as ElevenLabs, Heygen, or similar, and editing software like CapCut
