Location: Fully Remote (Philippines-based applicants preferred)
Employment Type: Part-time (5–10 hours per week)
Schedule: Flexible, with some overlap during US business hours (MDT timezone) for quick check-ins/approvals
Pay: $300/month base (~?18,000 PHP) + up to $60/month performance bonus (~?3,600 PHP) based on leads generated

About the Role
Small local painting business in Denver, US, seeking a reliable part-time expert to run Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation ads and create short video content. Focus: Drive qualified painting job leads (residential/commercial) through targeted campaigns and engaging creatives.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, optimize, and manage Meta lead gen campaigns (Lead Forms, conversions, local targeting)
Handle daily monitoring, A/B testing, scaling, and budget optimization
Create/edit short videos (15–60 sec) for ads: hooks, before/after, service demos (vertical format)
Write strong ad copy, headlines, and CTAs for local US audiences
Report weekly on metrics (leads, CPL, ROAS) via simple dashboard/sheets
Requirements
2+ years proven experience managing Meta/Facebook ads for lead generation (service/local businesses ideal)
Strong video editing skills for social ads (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, etc.)
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, and basic analytics
Excellent English (written & spoken)
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Bonus: Experience with TikTok and/or Pinterest ads (extra points—mention in application!)
