Remote Landscape CAD Designer & 3D Rendering Specialist
We are a growing landscaping company based in Virginia, USA looking for a long-term remote landscape designer to help create landscape plans, material takeoffs, and 3D renderings for residential outdoor projects.
Most of our work involves designing outdoor living spaces including patios, walkways, planting areas, fire pits, and lakefront landscapes.
Many of our projects are lakefront homes where the house sits about 150–200 feet from the water with a gentle slope down toward the lake.
The designer will help turn property photos, measurements, and videos into clear designs that help our clients visualize their projects and help our crews build them correctly.
Responsibilities

• planting layouts
• bed layouts
• plant labels and spacing
• simple construction reference drawings
• concept plans showing patios, walkways, and outdoor features
Create 3D Renderings

These numbers do not need to be exact but should be accurate enough to help our estimating process.
Elevation Awareness
