# Role Overview

The Operations & Network Growth Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the operational systems that support our podcast clients and the JDS Podcast Network.

This includes client onboarding, analytics reporting, content oversight, contractor coordination, newsletters, and partnership outreach.

This role ensures that both clients and internal systems remain organized, accountable, and growth-focused.

# Core Responsibilities

## Client Analytics Reporting

Track and report performance data for all clients and network shows.

Responsibilities include:

• Compile weekly analytics reports for each client
• Send weekly analytics summaries to clients
• Prepare and send monthly analytics reports
• Monitor podcast and social media performance metrics
• Ensure analytics data is properly tracked and stored

## Content Monitoring & Platform Oversight

Oversee client content distribution and ensure all platforms remain active and updated.

Responsibilities include:

• Review Metricool dashboard weekly
• Add and manage new clients within Metricool
• Ensure scheduled content is properly published
• Check for **missing posts, scheduling errors, or platform issues
• Verify content is distributed across all client platforms

## Client & Contractor Onboarding

Coordinate onboarding for new clients and contractors.

Responsibilities include:

• Sending client contracts and onboarding documents
• Sending contractor agreements and documentation
• Setting up new client folders and systems
• Ensuring clients are added to internal systems

## Content Organization & Archiving

Maintain organized file systems across all projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage Dropbox folder organization for each client and Go Highlevel
• Upload and archive content properly
• Send annual Dropbox archive files to clients
• Maintain structured file management across projects

---

## Newsletter Management

Manage email communications for podcast and client audiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Send monthly newsletters for each client
• Send podcast episode release newsletters
• Maintain email lists and scheduling
• Coordinate content announcements

---

## Partnership & Sponsorship Outreach

Assist with expanding the JDS Podcast Network through strategic outreach.

Responsibilities include:

• Identify potential brand sponsors and partners
• Conduct outreach to potential sponsors
• Assist with **network partnership opportunities
• Help coordinate brand collaborations

To strengthen the JDS Podcast Network, this role should also support:

### Podcast Guest Outreach

• Identify and contact potential podcast guests
• Maintain a guest pipeline for network shows

### Network Collaboration Tracking

• Coordinate guest swaps between network podcasts
• Track collaborations across shows

### Sponsorship Lead Tracking

• Maintain a sponsor CRM list
• Track outreach conversations and potential deals

### Network Growth Tracking

• Track total **network podcast growth metrics
• Monitor audience growth across all shows
