Bella Bra is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer lingerie brand based in the Netherlands. We sell wireless bras and underwear that women actually love wearing. We're scaling aggressively and looking for someone who can own our creator and affiliate engine from top to bottom.
The Role
We're looking for a Social Media & Affiliate Manager to source high-quality content creators, build and manage our affiliate program, and help us scale word-of-mouth as a core growth channel. This is not a "post on social media" role. This is a partnerships and outreach role where your job is to find amazing creators, get them excited about the brand, and turn that into a system that consistently drives content and revenue.
What You'll Be Doing

Sourcing and vetting UGC creators, micro-influencers, and affiliates across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Managing outreach at scale (DMs, emails, follow-ups) to build a pipeline of creator partnerships
Running and optimizing our affiliate program (tracking performance, managing payouts, maintaining relationships)
Negotiating rates and deliverables with creators
Coordinating with our creative team to make sure creator content fits our brand and ad pipeline
Tracking KPIs: number of creators onboarded, content delivered, affiliate revenue generated
Building SOPs and systems so this function runs smoothly and scales

You're a Great Fit If You

Have 2+ years of experience in influencer outreach, affiliate management, or creator partnerships (DTC/ecommerce strongly preferred)
Know how to find great creators, not just big ones. You have an eye for authentic content that converts.
Are highly organized and can manage 50+ creator relationships without dropping balls
Communicate clearly and professionally in English
Are comfortable using tools like Shopify, affiliate platforms (GoAffPro, Refersion, or similar), and project management tools (we use ClickUp + Slack)
Are proactive and don't need to be micromanaged. You see a gap, you fill it.
Bonus: experience in the lingerie, fashion, or beauty space

You'll report directly to the founder
