We are looking for someone who truly enjoys working with spreadsheets and data.

This role is designed for a spreadsheet expert who wants to step into the world of e-commerce finance and learn how financial operations work inside a fast-growing global online business.

Our company operates internationally and processes thousands of transactions across payment processors, banks, advertising platforms, and suppliers. Because of this, accurate data tracking and reconciliation are extremely important.

If you enjoy building structured spreadsheets, analyzing numbers, spotting inconsistencies, and improving data systems, this is an excellent opportunity to apply those skills in a real e-commerce environment.

Over time, this role can grow into deeper financial operations and finance management within the company.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Record daily financial activity such as:

• Sales
• Refunds
• Chargebacks
• Advertising spend
• Cost of goods sold
• Operational expenses

Maintain and update the Payout Tracker

• Track payouts from different payment processors
• Tag payout statuses
• Record any fees or charges related to payouts

Verify financial transactions across different platforms

• Bank accounts
• Payment processors
• Finance platforms

Record any expenses, outflows, or adjustments found during verification.

Reconcile payouts from multiple processors and ensure payouts are correctly scheduled and tracked.

Track vendor payables and advertising spend payables.

Analyze monthly financial charges such as:

• Processor fees
• Platform charges
• Total payout summaries

Prepare financial reports including:

• Rolling Balance Sheet (monthly)
• Profit & Loss reports
• Cash Flow reports

Identify inconsistencies in financial data and investigate where differences originate.

Requirements

Strong experience with Excel or Google Sheets.

Comfortable working with formulas such as:

• SUMIFS
• VLOOKUP
• XLOOKUP
• Similar spreadsheet functions

Highly detail-oriented and able to spot inconsistencies in large datasets.

Strong logical and analytical thinking when reviewing transaction data.

Comfortable working with large spreadsheets and financial information.

Organized and structured in how you manage data.

Willing to learn and open to continuous improvement.
