As our operations continue to expand and the company grows, we are looking for a reliable and experienced Accountant to join our team and support the company’s finance and accounting operations.

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with diverse accounting experience who can assist with day-to-day accounting tasks and support the preparation of financial reports. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with different accounting functions such as payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial statement preparation.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple accounting responsibilities in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle daily accounting operations, including recording transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
• Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing customers and monitoring collections
• Process and manage Accounts Payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors
• Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related entries
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure balances are accurate
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports
• Maintain organized and complete supporting documentation for financial transactions
• Work with the team to ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date
• Assist in improving accounting processes and maintaining proper financial controls


Qualifications
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems; familiarity with Sage 300 is an advantage
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience handling multiple accounting functions such as payroll, A/R, and A/P
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
