Social Media Manager

$10/hour

I need an amazing social media manager that speaks great English, understands American culture, ---------- s, pop culture, etc., and can manage and grow a social media presence across all platforms, including:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- TikTok
- YouTube
- LinkedIn
- etc.

Your responsibilities would include:
- scheduling posts
- working with our creative department to get new content
- if you can handle graphic design, that is a big plus

I'm only willing to work with great tea ---------- mbers, and honestly, people in the past have been really subpar. If you want this job, you have to not only be really talented and skilled and have great experience, but you have to work very diligently. Otherwise, you won't survive with my company. I don't tolerate excuses or lacking communication skills. You need to be responsive, professional, efficient with your time, work intelligently, and use all of the cutting-edge tools that are available to work as efficiently as possible.

The right candidate for this work will be funny, good at communication, understand culture & ---------- s, and have a proven track record of growing social media brands. During our interview, I'll ask you what steps we need to take to grow our social media presence, and you need to be able to give me a clear understanding of the process and defend your reasoning
