JOB OVERVIEW

Company: Byraph (R. Badal Holdings LLC)
Type: Full-Time, Remote
Schedule: 7 days/week availability required
Compensation: $3,000–$5,000/month depending on experience

About Byraph
Byraph is a luxury resale company specializing in Chrome Hearts and high-end fashion, based in New York. We’ve hit 8-figure revenue in our second year. We’re currently producing a multi-city reality series filmed across Asia (Tokyo, Osaka, Seoul, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Bangkok, and more) and building a full in-house post-production team to handle daily content output across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
This is not a freelance gig. This is a core leadership role on a fast-moving team producing some of the most exciting content in the luxury fashion space.

The Role
You are the single most important hire we’re making. You will own the entire post-production pipeline — coordinating 2 longform editors, 3 shortform editors, and 1 motion graphics editor. You’ll be the bridge between the creative vision and the final output. Nothing ships without your sign-off.
What You’ll Do
• Review all incoming raw footage daily and create shot logs, flagging key ---------- nts, dialogue, B-roll, product shots, and humor
• Build narrative outlines for every longform episode before handing off to editors
• Assign tasks across the editing team with clear deadlines and creative direction
• Review every edit before it goes to final — give specific, actionable feedback on pacing, audio, color, and storytelling
• Maintain consistent editing style and brand identity across all content
• Manage the full workflow in Notion — task tracking, deadlines, asset organization, delivery schedules
• Coordinate cloud editing workflows via L ---------- /Iconik or ----------
• Optimize project organization for extremely large Premiere Pro projects (terabytes of daily footage)
• Be available and responsive on Slack. Every day. This is non-negotiable

Requirements
• Extensive editing background — you need to have been an editor yourself before you can lead a team of editors
• Expert-level Premiere Pro and After Effects knowledge
• Proven experience managing a creative/editing team (not just solo editing)
• Strong understanding of YouTube retention, pacing, and audience engagement
• Strong understanding of shortform content strategy (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
• Experience with Notion for project management
• Experience with cloud editing workflows (L ---------- , ---------- , or similar)
• Experience with FFmpeg for proxy generation and file management
• Very strong sense of humor — our content is personality-driven and you need to get the tone
• Fluent English communication
• Available 7 days/week (we understand you’re human — but the pipeline doesn’t stop on weekends)

Nice to Have
• Experience with luxury/fashion/lifestyle content
• Experience with travel/vlog content
• Familiarity with Cinegrams, Epidemic Sound, Envato Elements
• Experience with Iconik media management

Hardware
You must have a capable editing workstation. We deal with terabytes of 4K footage daily. If your computer struggles with large Premiere projects, this role is not for you.

How to Apply
Send the following to ---------- with the subject line “PM Application — [Your Name]”:
• Your portfolio or reel showing work you’ve managed/led (not just edited yourself)
• A brief description of the largest team and project you’ve managed
• Links to published content you’ve overseen
• Your availability and timezone
• A short paragraph on why you’re the right person for this role

If we like your application, we’ll send you a paid test ($100) using real footage from our Asia shoot. The test evaluates your ability to log footage, build narrative structure, create a team workflow plan, and identify shortform opportunities. 48-hour turnaround.
