The Role
You’ll be one of two lead editors responsible for turning hours of daily raw footage into cinematic, binge-worthy YouTube episodes. • Edit longform YouTube episodes (8–20 minutes) from raw footage shot daily across multiple cameras
• Build narrative structure — every episode needs a hook, a story arc, and a reason to watch the next one
• Color grade across multiple cameras and lighting conditions — not just LUTs, real color work (exposure, white balance, color matching)
• Sound design — dialogue isolation, music selection and balancing, sound effects, and overall audio polish
• Motion graphics — transitions, text overlays, effects using Premiere and After Effects
• Integrate B-roll seamlessly to keep the visual energy high
• Tag and organize large amounts of footage (key dialogue, B-roll, product shots)
• Generate proxies for massive project files
• Work with and direct shortform editors when needed
• Deliver on tight deadlines — we publish frequently and the footage pipeline never stops
