Recruitment Research Assistant – Find Filipino Gardeners in Australia

Job Description

We are a landscaping and grounds maintenance company based in Brisbane, Australia. We maintain high-end schools and commercial properties.

We are looking for a Filipino virtual assistant to help us find Filipino gardeners and landscape workers who are already living in Australia (Brisbane/ South Brisbane/Gold Coast)

Your role will be to search online and provide us with a list of potential workers we can contact.

Responsibilities

- Search Facebook groups and communities for Filipino workers in Australia
- Find people looking for gardening, landscaping, or labour work
- Collect the following information in a spreadsheet:

- Name
- Location (Brisbane / Australia)
- Phone number or contact details
- C.V with sports turf, gardening, landscaping, labour
- Send simple messages to candidates to see if they are interested in the job

Where you will search

- Filipino community Facebook groups
- Gumtree
- Job boards
- Social media
- open to your ideas and suggestions

Requirements

- Filipino applicant preferred
- Good English communication
- Experience with research or lead generation is a bonus
- Must be organised and able to create simple spreadsheets

Pay

$5–$8 AUD per hour depending on experience.

Hours

Initially 5–10 hours to build a list of candidates.
If successful, there may be ongoing work.
