JOB OVERVIEW

About Us
We are a high-end, rapidly scaling U.S.-based interior design firm that works with luxury real estate developers, builders, agents, and discerning homebuyers. Our approach blends luxury design with practical, turnkey solutions, leveraging curated vendor partnerships and photo-realistic 3D visualization. We operate at the intersection of high-end design and data-driven operations to maximize our reach and impact.

Role Overview
We're looking for a systems-minded builder who wants to make a real impact at a fast-growing interior design firm. This is a unique opportunity to work across every part of our business (sales, marketing, design, 3D visualization, fulfillment, and account management), identify where manual processes are slowing us down and build the automated systems to fix them.

This role has real ownership and real scope. You'll work closely with our team, earn trust quickly, and shape what this function looks like as we grow.

Key Responsibilities
* Workflow Mapping: Embed yourself with each team, learn how they actually work, and map the logic required to turn their manual checklists into scalable processes
* Build Automations: Design and deploy automations using ---------- and other tools that eliminate repetitive work across our teams
* AI Integration: Use Gemini and Claude to extract insights from unstructured data, draft communications, and stitch together automation workflows that need intelligence in the loop
* Operational Visibility: Connect our tools so data flows automatically (from client onboarding to vendor communications to project tracking to white glove delivery and installation) and do your part to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
* Growth: Expand your scope over time into new areas and workflows

What You Bring
* Proven, hands-on experience building automations - we want to see what you've actually built, not just what you understand in theory
* Real experience working with Gemini and/or Claude to process unstructured data, generate outputs, or power automation workflows
* The ability to look at any business process and map the logic required to automate it
* Comfort working with data management tools like Airtable, Google Sheets, or similar. We care more about how you think about data structure than which specific tool you've used
* 3+ years in operations, automation, or systems roles, ideally supporting a U.S.-based business
* Schedule flexibility to align with PT hours and tea ---------- mbers in the Philippines
* Alignment with our company core values (listed below)

Our Company Core Values
RELATE: Humility, collaboration, and fun in everything we do
DELIVER: Strong work ethic and personal accountability
DELIGHT: Commitment to exceptional client experiences
DISCOVER: Passion for innovation and continuous learning

How to apply
Please include a link to at least one live automation you've built (a working workflow, a Loom walkthrough, or a short screen recording showing the logic). We're not looking for polish, we're looking for proof.
