Virtual Inside Sales Agent (ISA) / Appointment Setter – U.S. Real Estate

We are hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant to make outbound calls to homeowners and generate qualified real estate leads.

Schedule
-Full-time (8 hours per day)
-Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Pay
$3–$4 per hour (depending on experience)
-Monthly performance-based bonuses

Responsibilities
-Cold call homeowners from provided lists
-Ask basic qualifying questions
-Generate and submit qualified leads

Requirements
-Fluent English (clear speaking ability)
-Reliable internet connection
-Laptop or computer
-Prior cold calling or sales experience preferred
