JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Virtual Assistant with strong GoHighLevel (GHL) experience to support our fast-paced real estate business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask efficiently, handle high volumes of data entry quickly and accurately, and meet deadlines consistently.
This role requires someone who can perform multiple administrative and operational tasks, assist with CRM management, and support basic sales processes when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM including pipelines, contacts, tags, and automations
• Perform fast and accurate data entry of leads, property information, and client records
• Update and organize real estate lead databases and marketing lists
• Monitor and manage inbound leads, messages, and follow-ups
• Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management
• Support sales team with lead tracking and follow-up tasks
• Create and manage email, SMS, and automation workflows in GHL
• Handle various administrative tasks such as document preparation, spreadsheets, and reports
• Maintain organization of files and CRM data
• Ensure tasks are completed quickly, accurately, and before deadlines
Requirements:
• Proven experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) is REQUIRED
• Strong data entry speed and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic sales or customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity with real estate CRM systems or lead management is a plus
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in real estate operations or lead generation
• Knowledge of automation workflows in GoHighLevel
• Experience with Google Sheets, spreadsheets, and document management
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently
