???? Google Ads Media Buyer — Ecommerce Dropshipping (No GMC)
About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven Google Ads Media Buyer to manage and scale paid traffic for our ecommerce dropshipping stores. You'll own campaigns from strategy to execution, with full accountability over ROAS and spend efficiency.
This is a performance-focused role — we don't use Google Merchant Center or Shopping campaigns. All traffic is driven through Search, Display, YouTube, and/or Performance Max (feed-free).
What You'll Do
Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and PMax
Research keywords, audiences, and competitor positioning for new and existing stores
Write and iterate on ad copy and hooks that convert cold traffic
Monitor daily spend, CPAs, and ROAS — and make decisions fast
Run structured A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies
Scale winning campaigns while cutting losers without being asked
Report performance weekly with clear insights and next steps
What We're Looking For
2+ years running Google Ads for ecommerce (dropshipping experience is a big plus)
Comfortable operating without GMC — no Shopping feeds, no product listings
Deep understanding of Search intent, match types, and negative keyword strategy
Experience with Performance Max campaigns and how to guide them without a feed
Able to work autonomously and manage multiple store accounts simultaneously
Analytical mindset — you make decisions based on data, not gut feeling
Bonus: experience with advertorial landers, VSLs, or direct-response copy
