JOB OVERVIEW

We run a growing e-commerce / dropshipping business selling across several EU countries(Germany as primary market, plus France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, and other EU markets). We are looking for a reliable Customer Support Specialist to manage after-sales support and customer communication.

The role mainly consists of responding to customer emails, resolving order issues, and managing support workflows efficiently using tools like Reamaze and AI assistants (ChatGPT).

Responsibilities

Respond to customer emails and support tickets
Handle common ecommerce issues (order tracking, refunds, replacements, cancellations)
Manage orders directly through the Shopify dashboard
Use Reamaze to manage support conversations and workflows
Communicate with fulfillment providers when necessary
Use AI tools (such as Reamaze and ChatGPT) to optimize responses and speed up support workflows
Maintain fast response times and professional communication

Requirements

Previous experience in customer support for ecommerce stores
Experience working with Shopify
Experience with Reamaze (required)
Strong written English
Organized and able to manage multiple tickets
Able to work independently and follow processes

Compensation & Schedule

$2–$3 per hour depending on experience
15–20 hours per week
Weekly payments
Long-term position possible
