COMPANY: Legacy Alarm – Brinks Home Security Partner
POSITION: Full-Time | Remote | Long-Term
SCHEDULE: Tuesday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST (12:00 AM – 10:00 AM Philippines Time)
BASE PAY: $3.00/hr
PERFORMANCE BONUS: $5 per showed appointment
REALISTIC MONTHLY EARNINGS: $700 – $1,700+/month

Legacy Alarm is a U.S.-based home security company and authorized Brinks Home dealer. We serve homeowners across nearly every state in the country and we are growing fast.

We are not a massive call center. We are a small, focused team that takes pride in doing things the right way — for our customers and for the people who work with us. We hire slowly and we invest in the right people for the long term.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Every lead you contact has already requested information about upgrading their home security system. There is zero cold calling.

Your job is simple in concept but requires real skill in execution:

> Call the lead fast
> Build instant rapport
> Qualify them
> Book a confirmed appointment for our closing team

The leads are warm. The scripts and training are provided. What we need from you is the ability to carry a conversation, handle pushback, and get people to show up.

This is not a data entry role. This is not a customer support role. This is a phone sales role and we need someone who is genuinely good at it.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
> Speed to Lead
New leads are contacted immediately by phone, text, and email. First contact speed directly impacts your results and your income.

> Qualify Prospects
Use our proven scripts and training to quickly assess fit and move the conversation forward.

> Handle the Hard ---------- nts
When a lead says "just send me some information" or "I need to talk to my spouse" or "I'm not really interested anymore" — you don't fold. You know what to say, you keep the conversation alive, and you guide them toward a scheduled appointment.

> Book Confirmed Appointments
Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team with accurate details logged in our CRM.
> Pipeline Management
Update lead statuses and notes in GoHighLevel after every interaction. Clean data is part of the job.

YOUR SCHEDULE
Days: Tuesday – Saturday
Days Off: Sunday and Monday

U.S. Time (PST): 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Philippines Time: 12:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Breaks: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST and 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM PST

This is a night shift role. We are upfront about this because we respect your time. Candidates with U.S.-hours remote work experience who are comfortable with this schedule are strongly encouraged to apply. Many strong remote professionals work these hours and find the routine highly rewarding financially.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We want a sales professional, not a customer support agent. There is a difference and it matters here.
Experience — Minimum 2 years in any of the following:

> Appointment setting
> SDR or BDR roles
> Inbound or outbound phone sales
> High-volume lead follow-up

Communication:

> Excellent spoken English — clear, natural, and confident
> Strong phone presence
> Able to lead a conversation, not just respond to one

Character:

> Punctual and reliable
> Follows process consistently
> Takes ownership of their numbers — not someone who blames the leads
