Distributor Portal & Deduction Specialist (Remote - Philippines)

MarginWiz is a fast-growing AI-powered platform that helps CPG (consumer packaged goods) brands recover money lost to distributor deductions. We work with brands selling through major US distributors including UNFI, KeHE, Kroger, Walmart, and Target. We are a small, high-performance team that moves fast and takes pride in accuracy.
What You Will Do:

Log into distributor portals daily (UNFI, KeHE, Kroger, Target, Walmart) to download deduction backup documents
Upload and organize documents into our system following a detailed runbook
Submit dispute filings into distributor portals on behalf of our clients
Cross-reference deduction reports to identify discrepancies and missing items
Flag anything that looks off before moving forward, we reward people who catch problems early
Communicate clearly with our team via Slack during overlap hours

You Are a Great Fit If:

You have a background in bookkeeping, accounting, or data processing
You have experience working inside web-based portals and following SOPs
You are obsessively detail-oriented, catching errors others miss is your superpower
You take ownership and go the extra mile without being asked
You are available to work at least 4-5 hours overlap with US Pacific time (8am-1pm PST)
Your written English is strong and professional
