Email Management & Follow-Ups
• Monitor and manage the business inbox daily
• Draft and send follow-up
• Chase outstanding quotes, invoices, and responses on our behalf
• Keep

• Schedule and post content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and
• Repurpose project photos and updates into engaging posts (we'll provide the content)
• Engage with comments and messages to maintain an active online presence
• Track basic performance metrics and report weekly
LinkedIn Lead Outreach
• Research and identify target contacts: architects, property developers, commercial landlords, and estate agents in York and Leeds
• Send connection requests and personalised outreach messages on our behalf
• Manage follow-up sequences for new connections
• Keep a simple CRM-style tracker of outreach activity and responses
Admin & Scheduling
• Manage calendars and schedule meetings or site visits
• Prepare simple documents, quotes, or templates using Microsoft Word / Google Docs
• Data entry and keeping contact lists up to date
• Other ad-hoc admin as needed
