Executive Operations Assistant (Remote – Full Time)

Company: Heritage Land Partners
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Schedule: Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Salary: $1,200 USD per month
Start: ASAP

About the Role

Heritage Land Partners is looking for a reliable and organized Executive Operations Assistant to help support daily business operations.

This role works closely with company leadership and helps keep communication, documents, and tasks organized. We are looking for someone who is quick to learn, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling light phone calls when needed.

Real estate experience is a plus but not required. The most important qualities are organization, reliability, and the ability to learn quickly.

This is a long-term opportunity with growth potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Executive Assistance
• Help organize and manage email inboxes
• Draft and respond to professional emails when needed
• Maintain organized folders in Google Drive
• Assist with document preparation and internal files

Operations Support
• Track tasks and follow-ups across projects
• Update records and internal documents
• Assist with simple Canva documents or presentations
• Keep files and documentation organized

Light Calls & Communication
• Make a small number of phone calls each day to vendors, county offices, or partners to gather information
• Follow up on documents or requests
• Communicate professionally with partners when needed

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

• A fast learner who can quickly adapt to new tools and processes
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable making occasional phone calls
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Reliable with strong follow-through
• Able to work during 9 AM – 5 PM CST
Email management experience
• Google Drive organization

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• Real estate transaction coordination experience
• Canva experience
• CRM or project management tools (ClickUp, Monday, etc.)

Equipment Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet
• Quiet and professional work environment
• Computer capable of video calls
• Ability to attend Google Meet meetings with camera on
