The Role: "The Frontline Finisher"
We are seeking a part-time (20 hours/week, PH Morning Shift) Communications & Sales Assistant. You will act as the bridge between the founders' ideas and the outside world. If you can untangle a disorganized voice memo, keep an inbox at zero, and aren't afraid to send 50 outbound sales messages a day, this is for you.
Responsibilities (20 hrs/week):
Founder Message Flow: Manage the daily communication flow for 2 founders. Translate WhatsApp (WA) personal brain dumps into Step-by-Step (SBS) action items.
Outbound Lead Generation: Research, find, and generate at least 50 outbound lead-generating messages daily to build the pipeline.
Sales
Asset Management: Constantly update our standard offer and rate cards. Manage all aspects of inventory and organize Deeply Smart (DS) research.
Compensation & Details:
Salary: $160 - $190 USD per month (paid bi-weekly).
Hours: Part-time (20 hours/week - PH Morning Shift).
Growth: Long-term position with the potential to move to full-time based on performance.
