ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Short-Form Video Editor who understands how to transform raw footage into engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.

This role is ideal for someone who understands viral video structure and knows how to capture attention in the first few seconds.

You will help us turn real renovation and design footage into videos that capture attention, educate viewers, and grow our audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Edit raw footage into engaging Reels and TikTok videos

Add hooks, captions, sound effects, and modern editing styles

Improve viewer retention through fast-paced editing

Repurpose content for multiple social media accounts

Suggest weekly video ideas based on current trends

Organize edited videos in shared folders

Prepare content optimized for vertical platforms (9:16)

Lifestyle storytelling related to home design

REQUIREMENTS

Experience editing Instagram Reels or TikTok videos

Strong understanding of viral short-form content

Ability to create high-retention edits

Knowledge of dynamic captions and trending formats

Good English communication

Organized and reliable with deadlines

TOOLS

Experience with at least one of the following tools:

CapCut

Premiere Pro

Final Cut

After Effects

Other short-form video editing tools

NICE TO HAVE

Experience working with creators or brands

Understanding of storytelling for social media

Familiarity with design, architecture, or lifestyle content

Ability to suggest viral content ideas

WORK SETUP

Part-time position
Approximately 10–15 hours per week
