Appliance Repair Technical Support + Parts Researcher

We are a US based appliance repair company looking to bring on someone (part time to full time capacity) that can be in charge of providing technical support for our technicians in the field, as well as complete parts research and ordering of parts. Job hours are slightly flexible but will most likely include some graveyard time depending if FT or PT.

Candidate has appliance repair experience first hand or has worked in a related field that can read schematics, etc. English does not need to be fluent, but you should be clearly understood in written and oral forms. Compensation dependent on abilities and field experience and/or technical support experience.
